Programs: Magnolia shelter and outreach: emergency shelter, residental treatment, theraputic group homes for up to 56 youth at a time from around the state of ar. Outreach services provided for up to 150 youth in a six county area. Provided 3,431 client/days of residential services to clients in custody of div of children & family services, 7,398 client/days of teheraputic group home services and 899 client/days of emergency shelter to youth in the custody of the div of youth services. App 5,800 hrs of casework & counseling to outreach youth.

Average length of stay is 9 mos for youth under the age of 18; two years for youth between the ages of 18 and 21. Total number of contracted beds is 30 for each age group. This program provided 26,933 client/days of residential services this year. Expenses 3,825,127. Behaviorial health program (medicaid): contract treatment of youth under specified criteria. This program provided 105,547 units of service. Expenses 2,238,834. Community involvement program: this program is designed to pay necessary expenditures related to all programs, but cannot be specifically or reasonably allocated to the various programs. Total expenditures including interest of 52,801 and legal fees of 90,000 is 152,020. Normally outside services provides funding for these expenditures.
