Nonprofit Overview

Causes: Animals, Wildlife Sanctuaries

Mission: Without Soul of the Wolf, many discarded animals would have been euthanized. Over the years, we have provided a peaceful home for abused cougars and bobcats, wolves who were no longer desired by their owners, and baby tigers that had malformations (therefore the breeders of said tigers could not sell them).

I came to know "Soul of the Wolf" when they were located at Paso Robles California.
It was one of the best things I've done in my life! It was amazing to pet a Siberian Lynx named Boris. He turned out to be my favorite!! I got to play with Genesis, a Bengal tiger. I ran with the wolves. I was welcomed into a pack of wolves by a mere french kiss!! It was AWESOME!!! The whole day was amazing!

When they moved to Hemet, I decided to become a volunteer. It was one the best experiences of my life!!
I cleaned the hedge hogs environment. I got to feed the wolves and learn more about these amazing animals. And the best part was sitting right next to Boris the Siberian Lynx. We played together. I got to hug him, he was so regal and gentle. That was one of my best times of my life.

Thank you Debbie for giving me that opportunity. It was something I still and always will cherish!! Along with all the pictures I took. Boris especially liked giving me a new hair do!!

If anyone is thinking about about volunteering, all I can tell you is it will be something you'll always remember and share with others forever!!!
