Love serving with this nonprofit to provide new shoes and socks to school age kids that need them badly. Some who have never had a new pair of shoes! The smiles on their faces when they get to choose a pair that they love is priceless!!!

This nonprofit supplies shoes to children that desperately need them. Working with the social workers, counselors, teachers and nurses at the schools in our area they are able to identify the need and meet it with the help of donations of shoes or funds to purchase shoes.They have even supplied cleats/basketball shoes to athletic teams at the schools that would not have been able to participate without them. I have seen first hand what difference a new pair of shoes that actually fit and aren't completely worn out can make in the life of these children.

They stay true to their mission, ‘Give Hope’, by serving little feet, one pair of shoes at a time, with new and gently used tennis shoes.
My son has volunteered with them and the experience was meaning and special to him. Not only did he help kids find shoes that fit, he also witnessed the genuine care and passion the owners of Sole Loved lavished on little hearts. Their commitment to local children in need is commendable, inspiring, and noteworthy—they simply are the best!

Stacy Bourgeois and Sole Loved's commitment to students and their health is infectious. Her passion led her to "shoe" 97 of our students from Westwood Elementary, a Title One school in Spring Branch ISD, last spring.
Sole Loved provides shoes to students who are wearing shoes that are too small, too big, taped together, stapled together, and rubber banded together. Most of these students have never had a new pair of shoes. The objective is for kids to be able to get outside now and play. One important aspect is Stacy makes sure every pair of shoes fit the student perfectly so they can participate in P.E. and recess and every aspect of life feeling confident their shoes will take them where they need to go.
We are so grateful to Sole Loved for investing in all our futures by investing in our children.
I’ve been partnering with this amazing woman for three years, going on 4 yrs. Her organization provides a new pair of shoes for students and families who are in need. Every year around this time I give her a list of students and she delivers the shoes right away. Also, last year my church member needed assistances with getting shoes to a family who lost their mom; Mrs. Stacy provided the best shoes right away. Her love and compassionate for others is unmatched. She puts a smile on all of the children faces, and I believe this will go a long way in the long run. A little bit of love can have lasting affect on children. I am so happy we crossed paths. She is truly an angel!
Any time our students are in need of shoes, Sole Loved shows up for our students with the most perfect fitting shoes and extra socks. I cannot even began to count the beautiful smiles, warm hugs and sometimes even tears that I've seen because of their service to our school community. I am so grateful for Sole Loved and our schools are so blessed to have such a great organization that loves our students .
I see them reaching many, many children. They work very hard in trying to receive donations and direct it straight to the beneficiaries. They also do a great job of educating and bringing in volunteers from the community for this cause without actually saying too much - they get children shoes and walk the walk!
Where to start with how amazing Sole Loved is. I work for a Title I, low income, elementary school in HISD. I met Mrs. Stacy from Sole Loved 4 years ago and I cannot tell you how many times she has helped my students. There’s not one student she hasn’t been able to provide a pair of good looking shoes. Thanks to her many of our children are wearing their correct size shoes. Because of Sole loved they are able to run and be kids. We love her at our school and appreciate everything she’s doing with our community. If you are able to donate, don’t think twice. Everything she does is for our kids. ♥️
Sole Loved went out of the way to meet me (elementary school principal) to provide shoes for a family of four children. The kids absolutely loved the shoes which boosted their spirits and confidence. I cannot thank Stacy enough for all the help she provided for this family!

Sole loved shoes inc. has been a blessing in disguise.The communities I serve experience various issues that hinder students from achieving academically. Often these challenges negatively influence students and their ability to immerse in a learning environment efficiently. But when these students see a new pair of shoes, their world lights up with a big smile. These helps them build their confidence . Sole loved shoes has impacted the school and it’s community in so many levels. To be honest I couldn’t have done part of my job without their help. I’m looking forward in having a long term partnership.
We have seen single-handedly how this amazing nonprofit has impacted Sweet, sweet kids in our community! Every year Sole Loved is on the top of our list for a charitable contributions!
I recently volunteered with Sole Loved at a back to school event for Lamar Consolidated Independent School District. I was blown away by the impact this organization has made in the school community. I volunteered with my 8 year old son and youth from my church and all were thankful to have met and cared for children in need of proper fitting shoes. This is an amazing organization and we look forward to volunteering with them again.
As a Wraparound Resource Specialist my job is challenging because I am not given a budget to help my families in the school district.

I cannot say enough good things about Sole Loved. I am a school social worker, and I rely on this organization for helping my students get shoes. Not only are the shoes high quality, but they also include multiple for the student to pick from and give a free pair of socks! This organization has helped my students, many of whom were wearing shoes that were too small or falling a part, get access to shoes that they are proud to wear and would not have otherwise been able to get. I am so grateful for this organization!
Awesome organization!!! I've watched first hand how a new pair of shoes changes the child!! Some children go to school with shoes too small, torn or holes. It's important to them as a new backpack or school supplies!
The founders are loving, committed and supportive to all the children. No child should ever have to school without shoes that fit properly.
I cannot begin to convey in words the greatness that this organization has shown in love, care, and support to students in Fort Bend ISD. As a School Social Worker, I often times am contacted by campus personnel with students that either do not have shoes at all or their shoes are beyond repair. Some of their shoes are two (2) sizes too small. Poor babies have learned to ball up their toes and walk in the "too little" shoes. When the students get an opportunity to CHOOSE shoes from Sole Loved (I say choose because they always provide multiple pair for students to try on and select their favorite), it is like the most amazing experience for them, like they are in a store. Some have a hard time even selecting because of the great options Sole Loved provides. On top of that, the students receive new socks. To see the students' faces light up in excitement is an unimaginable joy to experience. Furthermore, to hear them say that this is their first pair of "NEW" shoes (because they are usually handed down older siblings' shoes) just brings a tear to ones eye. I thank Sole Loved for the compassion they have shown to our families are we are forever grateful.

We ❤️ Ms. Stacey at Sole Loved! She is quick to respond to our students urgent needs. On Monday afternoon, a student came to my office with a loose strap. I stapled the shoe, measured her foot, and sent her back to class. I immediately, contacted Sole Loved and within a couple of hours Ms. Stacey showed up with 3 pairs of shoes for student to try on. The student selected a pair. She was even given a pack of socks. She was thrilled and said THANK YOU! ❤️

Sole Loved is an amazing nonprofit that not only gives school age kids shoes but confidence and one our basic needs - shelter and protection. By supplying kids with shoes Sole Loved is not just keeping kids safe from the elements, but also a sense of belonging.
Sole Loved has faithfully been a part of our community for years. The ways that they have served our schools around us by providing children with shoes is amazing and inspiring. It is one of my favorite non-profits to give to because of how practical they are and how many children they serve.

Soul Loved is fantastic!! They are always busy collecting up shoes and socks for the homeless, but they do not stop there. They help provide book bags, stuffed animals, and whatever needs they find and fill as they are distributing. The Founder, Stacy Bourgeous, is consistent in collecting items In her community and caring in distributing them to those in need.
As a child back in the 60's, I was made to wear the cheapest shoes out there that never look tasted more than a week before my toes would start to stick out. Instead of getting decent ones to wear, we had to put tape on these until the tape didn't help anymore. This was embarrassing because we were not poor. When I had children, they sometimes had to wear second hand shoes if I couldn't afford the Walmart or Payless brands. This, too, was embarrassing. Having experienced this in my own personal life, I understand the embarrassment these children feel. I started donating when I heard about this charity and when I got to see photos of the many happy, smiling faces, it made me happy knowing that at least one less child will ever have to experience not having a nice, new pair of shoes to wear.
Best local charity in Houston!!!! They are truly pure love and compassion and absolutely LOVE what they do! This mission just grabs your heart and I am so proud of all their efforts. Well done and keep shining!!!
Sole Loved is a wonderful non-profit organization that provides socks & shoes to those in need. Properly fitting, weather appropriate or intact shoes are a basic necessity that many of our community members are lacking. Sole Loved provides shoes (& socks) to school-aged children, low-income teams and the homeless without any embarrassing questions or judgement. As a supporter and volunteer, the smiles on the faces of those receiving a new (or nearly new) pair of shoes brings me as much joy as the one receiving them!
