Solari isn’t in the top 3 best places to work, according to the Phoenix Business Journal, for no reason. There are wonderful benefits, a leadership team that truly cares, employees who love the role they play in their community, and fulfillment from this job like no other. This company is always looking for ways to make sure their employees feel valued and heard. They make Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion a top priority. Solari prioritizes their workers feelings of safety and inclusion and investigate any claims that may indicate otherwise, where most companies you can’t bring forth those concerns, Solari truly does care and addresses them immediately. This company not only talks the talk, but walks the walk. In a day and age of performative action, it’s refreshing where a company investigates safety and inclusion no matter which position the claim is against and acts accordingly. Their DE&I approach and continued training makes employees feel safe, respected, and connected.

Additionally, I have never worked for a company that prioritized my well being and mental health than leadership I’ve got to work with at Solari. They have helped me unlearn the toxic habits from other jobs and truly make me feel my well being is most important. They recognize we can’t do the amazing work we do for the community if we aren’t ok. You are never made to feel bad for a mental health day or asking for help, and additionally provided the resources by that very same leadership team.

Lastly, the leadership and team I work on does not micromanage and the work from home ability is incredible. They truly make a work life balance one that is realistic and achievable.

I can’t say enough great things about this company and hope to get to remain here and inspire hope for our community for the rest of my working career.

Management treats their employees as disposable. The superviors target people, manipulating circumstances to force people to quit so they don't have to pay unemployment. If the company motto is inspiring hope, maybe they should start with their own employees.

The most horrible experience in reaching out for help in my 40 out of 60 years of doing so. The abrasive & uncaring counselor was appalling. This person was unfit to care for anyone who is reaching out for help. Even those in corporate were abrasive when I called to share the experience. Our valley has so many caring agencies & counselors so I highly recommend turning towards others and not Solari. Never in all my years have I experienced this level of repeated unprofessionalism and felt a strong need to share my experience so others avoid the same bad experience. Sad, in this field to have had such a horrible experience.

Thank you Solari for continuing to be here for Arizonians throughout the COVID pandemic. While some organizations were unable to keep their doors open you not only provided the support you did prior but added additional support and services for our community. I can't say thank you enough for being her for my family and community.

Crisis Response Network is a leader in the community offering life saving services that inspire hope. I joined the board as a professional in the field and because the organization impacted my life when I was really in a dark place in my mental health recovery. Several years ago, I was not doing well and a family member was able to call CRN's crisis line who sent a mobile team who was able to connect me to necessary services to begin my journey of wellness. Since then, I have been stable and healthy. Now as a professional, I have referred many clients to utilize their crisis line, warm line, 2-1-1 Information and referral and other services. I truly have CRN to thank for having responsive, compassionate, and comprehensive services available to meet community members needs.

CRN is an amazing community resource. There are a lot of organizations and options during the day but holidays and nights CRN is one of the best options we can equip the community with. Crisis happens and it doesn’t have a 9-5 schedule. CRN makes it possible to get help regardless the need or time.

CRN is a fantastic, innovative organization. As a professional in the mental health field, I often rely on their 24/7 services, whether it is the crisis line or utilizing the 211 website to find resources for clients. They are helpful and responsive when many other services have closed for the evening.
