Challenged by a location that is just outside the circles of influence provided by the San Francisco and Sacramento metro areas, Solano Community Foundation does an excellent job of promoting the many non-profits in the Solano County region. One of their outreach intiatives is the Nonprofit Partnership Program - a platform for networking and leveraging common goals among these groups.
