Mission: ● To serve the music and arts communities of Westchester County beginning with the City of Mt. Vernon NY by providing a welcoming atmosphere and an opportunity of creativity, free expression, development and love of neighbor and neighborhoods. We will produce music and video that will invigorate the soul and awaken all senses.
● To educate and involve the Youth in the development of projects that create both new experiences and a greater understanding of our industry. Our creativity will provide our producers and artists the privilege to touch many lives, through collaborating and partnering with professionals while delivering an authentic mirror message. By this expression of gifts, we demonstrate honor, teamwork, loyalty, a maturation process, and an avenue for increased income with profitable results. Ultimately, we will deliver a finished product an end user will consume and love for many generations
Results: To date we have worked with over 100 plus kids since we've started our non profit in 2017.
Direct beneficiaries per year: Last year, we directly helped over 50 kids. We had students from the Strong program in Mt.Vernon working in our recording studio on music production, engineering, song writing and video production

Working with this organization has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my career. This team of professionals are true to the music culture but most of all they’re hardworking examples of great leadership in the community.
They are nurturing and dedicated to my children. Their loves of the arts is shown every time we walk in the door. Society of Friends has really made a positive impact on my children, and my kids love them.
The promotion of musical arts and working with children as well as giving back to the community has been primary goals of the SOF. The organization has provided hope to children and a chance to grow in the musical arts.
