Programs: Training and capacity building - sai offers a unique portfolio of training and capacity building services on issues related to social accountability and decent work. The course offering includes basic and advanced courses on the sa8000 standard, training on social compliance auditing and the un guiding principles on business and human rights, as well as customized training programs for the bsci code of conduct. In 2016, sai held 32 basic auditor training courses and 9 advanced auditor training courses in a total of 19 countries, training 622 students. A total of 1,179 students from across companies, certification bodies, ngos, and multi-lateral organizations enrolled in our onsite training and online courses.

tensquared - the tensquared program helps teams of workers and managers find innovative solutions to health and safety challenges in the workplace. The program encourages participating teams to move past existing power dynamics and helps them translate their shared interests into bold action in a mere 100 days. Created by sai and the rapid results institute in partnership with the walt disney company, tensquared has generated extraordinary results in brazil, china and turkey. It continues to lead the way in innovative capacity building on social compliance around the world.

corporate programs - the corporate programs department helps companies measure and improve working conditions in supply chains around the world. Sai provides its corporate partners with resources to assist them in tackling a variety of complex social compliance issues. These resources include customized training and services focused on strengthening management systems, supply chain management and segmentation, and all aspects of the sa8000 standard and its implementation.
