Nonprofit Overview
Mission: Our organizational mission is to help undeserved, deserving youth (age 7-11) participate in well-organized soccer leagues. In doing so, our collective goal is to add to, diversify, and strengthen the players and families involved in the “Beautiful Game” in the Austin community.
Programs: Soccer assist has held an annual party to solicit donations and sponsors. In 2016 sponsors and individuals donated 40,192. In addition, soccer assist also had several soccer scrimmages which added 1,049 in additional income. Soccer assist provided 8,850 to soccer clubs for scholarships in 2016 primarily to kids living in poverty or extreme poverty.
in the second full year of the organization we were able to solicit contributions to help provide funds to participants wishing to play soccer that were primarily in poverty or extreme poverty.
