Mission: Increasing the human potential of our community by providing opportunities for people in need.
Results: In 2022, SNAP had the following impact: | 252 people transitioned from homelessness to permanent housing | 568 completed home repairs | 15,103 households provided with energy assistance | 416 homes weatherized | 68 homes purchased by first-time homebuyers | 18,032 educational opportunities provided | 885 visits to long-term care facilities | 2,338 households that received rental assistance | 736 afforable housing provided 74 businesses | 71 small businesses we helped start or expand | 9,296 volunteer hours completed
