Mission: Our mission is to greatly reduce shelter intakes and euthanasias in 4 counties in SC (Beaufort, Colleton, Hampton and Jasper) and 7 counties in Ga (Bryan, Bulloch, Candler, Chatham, Effingham, Evans and Liberty) by providing low-cost S/N programs for animal shelters, rescue groups,targeted low-income pet owners and others. In 2005 these counties euthanized almost 30,000 mostly healthy and adoptable animals.
