Mission: Smmc visiting nurses offers a wide variety of compassionate, skilled nursing and clinical services for clients at home and through clinics in our office and throughout york county.
Programs: To provide public health nursing and maintain community health. To provide basic health services to patients in their homes, diabetic education services and flu vaccine clinics. There were 26,749 home visits during the fiscal year ended september 30, 2011. See community benefit statement attached.
