My wife and I volunteered on a trip to Honduras many years ago. We were amazed at the number of people who showed up to be seen at the hospital on short notice. Many had congenital deformities cleft lip and palate and burn deformities. The local church and pastors were very helpful in organizing the trip and supplying transportation for the group from the airport. The trip was well organized and we thank the Lord that so many were able to be treated. we look forward to returning next year.

For years, We have supported Small World in their efforts to help the underprivileged in developing countries. It is amazing the work that they have accomplished. They are always looking for people to come on board and give a helping hand. There is so much need in this world!!
All the volunteers leave their place of work and families and donate their time without compensation.
We will continue to support and pray for Small World!

I am a nurse and I have worked with Dr Arnold in the hospital and on mission trips. . He is a talented plastic surgeon and spends a lot of time caring for his patients both before and after surgery.
It was a wonderful experience when we went to Honduras and met Francesca. Dr Arnold decided right away that he was going to help her and bring her back to Florida. The story bring tears to my eyes!
It is truly a remarkable experience to be able to help others who can not help themselves!

Small World Foundation has travelled to many countries and we have been donating supplies and telling other about the good work that they do. It has been our pleasure to talk about hteir accomplishments to others. we will continue to support their work in Ukraine and elsewhere.

I am happy to write a review about Small World Foundation. I volunteered on a mission to San Salvador several years ago and we saw many patients which required surgery and medical care. It was my first mission trip as a nurse, and my life was changed in the process of helping others. It taught me that everyone has the ability to reach out and help someone if they make the effort. This world would be a better place.

I have known and worked with Dr. Arnold for the past three years as he expands Small World Foundation's resources and efforts into Ukraine. Well-organized, thoughtful, and acting from the heart, this organization values giving people a hand up and doing it respectfully. There is a strong emphasis on teaching local physicians the necessary skills to fill knowledge gaps as well as getting them needed supplies. Open to all faiths, these are people that aren't preaching, but being the hands of a higher power and making a difference where it's needed most.

We have known Dr Arnold and his wife for many years. The organization has done a lot of good work for people. We will continue to support them with prayer and donations

Dr. Larry Arnold and his wife Linda are two of the most amazing people you’ll ever meet. They have been a great blessing to the people of Honduras and Ecuador performing many surgeries, leading medical groups, and changing the lives of many people. It has been an honor for me to serve alongside Dr. Larry and Linda for many years.
