AWFULL! I totally agree with the previous review. They scheduled a pick up of contents of apartment. Web site says they take clothes, furniture, patio furniture, silk flowers, mattresses, glassware, everything resalable. We boxed all dishes and contents plus bagged clothes, purses and shoes. all they took was selected boxed or bagged stuff. Tried to take only base of dining room table (but not the glass top), BUT NONE of the FURNITURE! Movers were very RUDE and disrespectful. Left several voice messages for return calls but get ignored. Visited two thrift shop addresses and ONE was only a Big Truck parked in a shopping center! Very Dissatisfied with this 9 pickup! Only hope I still get a tax donation receipt . Should have called Salvation Army if they had a truck. Thought we were doing the right thing to donate to specific cause. WRONG case Here...

This is the most snobby, rude and unreliable charity I've ever come across! We scheduled a pickup from them for Saturday after a yard sale. They showed up 2 hours early, in the middle of the yard sale. We told the driver. They never returned. We called on Monday and scheduled again for Tuesday. They showed up and wouldn't take anything! We had everything in boxes and bags as requested. There was children's clothing, games, toys, books, housewares, chairs... When I called the lady on the phone said they don't do yard sale pick ups! What? We told them they had to come after 11 because that's when our yard sale ended! That's why they scheduled us for noon! Then she tells me they don't schedule specific times! What? So I ended up having to load everything into my car and make 4 trips to Goodwill who took EVERYTHING! Read their Google reviews! They all had a similar experience!
