There, is a document every new tenant must sign before being allowed to move into the Skyline Lodge, Choteau, Montana. The document is titled, “APARTMENT FIXTURES”. This document makes the unsuspecting potential future tenant and all existing tenants financially responsible for the replacement of the faulty, permanently installed window air contitioning unit (in the tenant’s apartment) that, when turned on, causes a horrible, constant, irritating thumping that resounds not only in the tenant’s apartmemt but resounds through the walls into adjacent connecting apartments. Units above and below included. Absolutely beyond a shadow of doubt, the financial responsibility lies with Skyline Lodge and it’s landlord Real Estate Management Specialistts, Inc. of Kalispell, Montana.. Not, the responsibility of the innocent, unsuspecting tenant being that the window air conditioning units are permanently installed.

With this post, I am hopefully making the general public and Montana residents aware of this egregious practice that is being perpetrated on the poor new and present, innocent tenants of Skyline Lodge, Choteau, Montana.

The mandatory food program leaves a lot to be desired, too. Many, way to many cheap carbohydrates that are not good for anyone. Least of all, the elderly.
