Simple Needs GA is truly an asset to the Cobb County, GA community. From shoes, uniforms and providing birthday celebrations for needy children to providing all the needed items for families emerging from homelessness, this organization provides countless programs to fill in services. While searching for volunteer opportunities, I came across this agency and was instantly amazed at the work they do!

Nonprofit Overview
Mission: Our mission is to help those experiencing, and emerging from, homelessness, as well as those in critical need.
Results: Over 100 clients have been helped through our furniture bank and thousands of people struggling with homelessness have been helped through the toiletries bags and sleeping bags and tents.
Target demographics: Right now we primarily are focused in Cobb County but hope to expand to other areas as we grow. We are in need of donations as well as volunteers to help with projects and furniture pick up.
Geographic areas served: Cobb County and surrounding areas.
Programs: 1) We provide duffel bags with full-size toiletries to those living in homeless shelters. 2) We supply tents and sleeping bags, along with other essentials for those living in the woods. 3) We distribute furniture and other household items to individuals and families with children, coming out of homelessness or otherwise in critical need.
