Mission: Silence the Shame works to empower and educate communities on mental health and wellness.
Results: In 2024, STS’s mental health programs reached over 78,500 individuals directly through youth, collegiate, adult, and community initiatives. Our efforts led to 83% of youth participants demonstrating increased understanding of mental health, 86% reporting greater knowledge of early intervention strategies, 80% of adults improving their mental health knowledge and skills, and 92% of college students expressing heightened interest in behavioral health careers. With high participant satisfaction rates (90%), widespread resource distribution, and a total digital reach of over 1.4 million, STS is making measurable progress in reducing mental health stigma and empowering our communities.
