My daughter was 15 years old when she was diagnosed with scoliosis, the curvature of her spine looked like a snake. The doctors and surgeons were the best in the country. I was told about the Shriners hospital of orthopedics for children in Greensville South Carolina. They helped with transportation cost and even supplied a room for me at the hospital after her surgery, the food was good and served warm. I never recieved a bill for any thing, my insurance and the hospital covered everything All of the staff made my family and I feel comfortable and relaxed. We were like one big happy family; they even called and checked on my daughter regularly once we returned to Savannah Ga. I would gladly tell anyone with a child that needs a good surgenon call the Shriners Hospitals.
