Mission: Sherree Transitions has a mission to provide a safe haven for teenagers who have aged out of the foster care system in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. Sherree Transitions is dedicated to teach their clients how to be strong, smart, independent and courageous. Our mission is to educate them academically, as well as teaching social skills, self-esteem and financial stability. Sherree Transitions aspires to provide all teens with the tools needed to make smart choices and build healthy relationships throughout their lives. Empowering them to become self-sufficient and productive members of society and subsequently have a positive impact on their community.
