Mission: To provide financial, volunteer, and other support to the prescott historical society, an arizona state agency, in its operation of the sharlot hall museum.
Programs: During the fiscal year, the organization completed and opened a new admissions building, the "depot" and completed work on the locomotive and continuted work on other exhibits. The museum's admissions totaled approximately 25,000 and membership totaled approximately 1,000 members.
