I was just released from prison after 28 years, and I was supposed to have nothing. Thanks to Sharia's Closet, I now have enough threads to get by on until I can get myself together in a dignified manner that truly exceeded my expectations. Thank you Sharia's Closet for your kind generosity. Know that I was truly humbled.
This organization work from the heart. I have being volunteering there many times from the beginning and I get to see many times people coming for clothes and the warm welcome they received, especially by Shamine Linton, the founder. She make people feel welcome without any difference, can be a homeless person, a person with disabilities, people that sometimes even smell like they have weeks without shower, she made them feel loved and important. They not only go out with a bag of clothes and shoes, she offers extra, food or water if they are thirsty or hungry, and always offers a big smile to them. she always ask if they are anything else she can help with.
Sharia’s Closet is a place of love and kindness.
I believe that this nonprofit is doing an amazing job at providing the necessary items that the people need that are not able to provide for themselves. They are the type of organization that helps people get back on their feet and allows them to have a second chance in life. Families from all over are able to reap the benefits of Sharia's closet. They are doing a phenomenal job\u203C
Awesome Non-profit self made company straight from the kindness of the companies heart. There is no other company like this one and I'd love to see it prosper to great heights and become more well known so they can reach out to more people.

Shariah's closet has helped my clients immensely. They are super caring about the services they offer and they make my clients feel special. They have been able to supply my clients with clothing, bedding supplies and even books. Thank you so much!
Hi, I'm a case worker for an asylum-seeking family. I submitted a clothing request two weeks ago, I got an email Sunday with pick up date for today. Will be picking up clothing for the family today, hopefully they get a nice array of clothing.
Sharia's Closet is a great asset to the community. With the increase cost in living families are struggling to meet their basic needs. This is where Sharia's Closet is contributing to releasing some of the stress that comes from not being able to provide basic needs. Not only do they provide those needs but also comfort and hope.
Sharia's closet is such a huge help for the community. I am a Public Health Nurse and have utilized Sharia's Closet for several of the families I serve. Every time I arrive I am treated as if I'm family. This organization has easily become my go to location for donating my clothes because I know they are going straight back into the community to those that need it the most.
Sharia's Closet give one of the best services in San Diego County, because people can have access to clothing completly free and with no question ask. There location is a place that radiate love to everyone who approach it. Sharia's Closet improved the life of so many families and individuals, homeless and no-homelese already, it's amazing how clothing can help the state of mind of people and save money that they can used for other things. Many blessings to Sharia's Closet.
I have been happy to donate to Sharia's closet on a couple of occasions. They do fantastic work! I hope to have another donation ready soon.
I was in search of a local nonprofit to donate (mostly) clothes, but since I had only been in San Diego a few months I wasn’t sure where to donate. I reached out to folks in my neighborhood and the majority of my neighbors recommend Sharia’s Closet. I looked up Sharia’s Closet website and read news articles about them too, and knew this is exactly the type of nonprofit I wanted to give to. I donated 3 bags of clothes and 3 sets of sheets. I had a very informative conversation with the gentleman working the Closet that day, giving me more insight to the work this nonprofit does and the help they always need. I really appreciate that the website is updated weekly with the items most needed. I have a bag of donations in my car now that I will be dropping of this week.
