This organization controls my finances. Man, they are so hard to deal with I have been trying to obtain dental help, installation of implants for over 5 months. they are just jerking me around and around requesting this and that before they make a discission, had to get a second option then they wanted me to get dentures instead of implants. had dentures that didn't work for me uncomfortable, changed the way that I talked, food left sticking to the roof of my mouth.

As the deputy director at Shared Horizons, Inc. we are very careful to address all concerns as they arise. In a recent review on this site posted by "My Honesty," we were rated one star and the reviewer discussed their dissatisfaction with our customer service. We are more than happy to assist callers with their needs, but cannot respond to concerns unless we know about them and have an opportunity to resolve any issues. "My Honesty," please feel free to reach out to Tresa Welch at 202-448-1460.

They don’t deserve a single star but you have to give one in order to comment. This company is very unprofessional. I have left several messages and gotten no response, when I finally manage to reach someone I am told, we need to look into the account and then never hear back. Be careful and make sure you do your homework to make sure your loved ones are actually getting what this company says they will unlike what happened with my loved one.
