Mission: Shadow wood charitable foundation, inc. Is committed to supporting charitable programs that improve the lives of southwest florida residents in need. The foundation raises funds and distributes them to section 501(c)(3) charities that serve those residents.
Programs: The foundation is committed to supporting charitable programs that improve the lives of southwest florida residents in need. During the year ended march 31, 2018, the foundation made grants to nine charitable organizations serving those residents. See schedule i for the names of each of the charities receiving grants in excess of $5,000 from the foundation in the year ended march 31, 2018 and the amount received by each of those charities. In addition to the $498,141 in grants made during the year ended march 31, 2018, the foundation's board of trustees designated $52,000 for future scholarship program grants.
