Mission: The mission of The Settlement Home is to meet the ever-changing needs of our community's most abused and neglected children. Our guiding philosophy is that love and commitment have a profound influence on human behavior, and our guiding belief is that children can be made safe, families can heal, and the human heart can always find, and choose, a better way of life.

Programs: Our program provides 24-hour supervision, group homes, educational and recreational opportunities, a vocational guidance program, psychiatric counseling and therapy, an on-campus school, a non-denominational spiritual program as well as foster family placements.
