Seeds of Hope is actively changing the lives of girls in Costa Rica, providing them with education and a heaping dose of self worth. Seeds of Hope does more than just run classes; they also teach valuable life skills simply by being an excellent example to the girls they serve. I am proud to have been a part of Seeds of Hope when I lived in Costa Rica. They are truly an effective nonprofit organization.

Nonprofit Overview
Mission: To provide prevention, education and restoration for girls and boys, ages 9-17, who are at risk of or involved in human trafficking/sexual exploitation, drugs, alcohol, and violence.
Results: In three years time, we've grown from one program to six. We started with 5 girls and have grown to over 200 children nationwide.
Target demographics: helping girls and boys, ages 8-17, who are at risk or have been sexually exploited.
Direct beneficiaries per year: Over 160 children in the country of Costa Rica
