Causes: Crime & Law, Rehabilitation Services for Offenders
Mission: To assist newly released state and county prisoners to assimilate back into the community at large by helping men and women through christ centered mentoring.
Programs: In 2015, second change support network ministries served 41 returning citizens with 30 trained mentors which amounted to over 1000 hours of one on one meeting time. The result was in a recidivism rate of less than 20% compared to 80% returning to jail or prison within the first 3 years for those who do not choose to have a mentor
