This organization hires blind individuals to manufacture products. Because they are a non profit, our state government must, by law, buy products from them, even at higher costs than its competitors. They also fundraise a good deal of money. Where does the money go? To the upper management of course, all but one of whom have full vision. The visually impaired workers are kept at remedial jobs for low pay because they can't go elsewhere. They are blind. Who will hire them. Upper management however, you don't even want to know how ridiculously high their salaries are. No problem though because they wouldn't tell you if you ask. Many surpass 200k, while the blind work force that they are "serving" barely make more than minimum wage.
