Seattle Aikikai

First of all, the training seems to be decent and was really good for a time until I realized the very "political" relationships among senior students and Malory Graham. This is the reason why I provided a poor rating, based on experience of discrimination and unfairness towards students.
If you have ever trained in good Aikido Dojo's, you may have recognized that the teacher love this art and will help students to progress over time. This also means that teacher usually don't put a lot of effort in favoritism, publicity/marketing and reputation of the Dojo over the teaching and learning opportunity of students. In my experience (and I also speak for others new and senior students who left this Dojo with similar experiences) I was training 2-3 times a week and kindly asked Sensei Graham to help me to progress to the next level when the time would be right. Because of my background in Aikido, I was left out from trainings, was not allowed to teach a class, was ignored in a way that conversations with Sensei Malory where extremely unwelcome and she acted mostly arrogant and rude in multiple situations. At one point, Sensei Graham organized a train the trainer workshop where everyone was getting "prepared" to teach some hours of Aikido at the dojo. The event ended up to be expensive and a weird setup, some people were left out of exercises multiple times and without any obvious reason (yes, including me).
Another event was a guest training from one of the European senior teacher who lives in Japan. The experience at this event was that the teacher was rude and basically bullied other students during the 2-3 hour training. This included stepping on hands of people on the matt, slapping people into the face, screaming around with students and sending others to bring him refreshments (yes that really happened, the teacher asked for beer when the training was done and others had to bring and pay for this refreshments).
