I am writing about STR because I know the 2 people who started it and put their blood, sweat and tears into running it. Brandy and Bill are two of the most hardworking individuals I have ever met. They had a dream to rescue sea turtles in the state of NJ. They wanted a place for them so they did not have to get transported hours and miles away to other facilities, and they made it happen. I met them when they both worked long, hard hours for the Marine Mammal Stranding Center rescuing mostly dolphins and seals. I saw their dedication, their intelligence, and their love and compassion for animal rescue and rehabilitation. I was thrilled when they spoke about starting a sea turtle rescue. It is most definitely needed. They planned, they reached out, they fundraised, and now they are realizing their goal. I am honored to know them and to have volunteered with them for several years. I respect them immensely and continue to support all that they are doing for the sea turtles that grace our ocean.

I have known Brandy and Bill for the past several years. I was a volunteer who worked with them at a seal rescue facility. You could not ask for more dedicated, compassionate, and intelligent individuals. They would do whatever it took to save and rehabilitate an animal in their care. I totally support Sea Turtle Recovery because I trust the people running it. They are the best!

I went to this nonprofits fundraiser event in March. With only two full time staff they managed to rehabilitate over 20 animals in a year. I am proud to support this organization. BRAVO

Brandi provided an amazing presentation to the students about sea turtles and ways that everyone can make a difference for our ocean life. The presentation inspired our students to create their own fundraising campaign. The funds that were raised were used to sponsor a sea turtle adoption. The remaining portion was sent to help with the care and medical costs.

Sea Turtle Recovery is AMAZING! Please help support their efforts with a donation! My whole family follows the progress of the turtles through facebook. If you get the chance to attend one of their releases - DO IT! It is a life changing experience! Here is a photo of Humphrey from 2017. It was so heartwarming!

This place is great! I am an intern here and have never seen such dedicated people to their careers. Bill and Brandi care more about the sea turtles than anything else. The facility is very clean and the perfect place for sick and injured sea turtles that completely rely on the dedication or Bill and Brandi. Please donate!

New Jersey will benefit from a sea turtle recovery. As I have know Bill & Brandy for several years I am very proud to be able to donate & volunteer to this non profit organization. Last year my husband and I were very please to have them come to our annual haunted yard we do for the community. Where they educated our community on how to provide a safe environment for these sea turtles. Our neighbor trusted this group so much that we all donated to them. We wish them the very best! Go save those turtles!

This group is educating the public in the need for a turtle rescue & keeping a safe aquatic environment for marine life. They are very knowledgeable & willing to share info on turtles & their rescue.
