Incredibly passionate people doing incredibly important work. The issues SeaSave is tackling are some of the most important of our generation and we need to give our full support to ensure they have the funding and resources to make an impact.
Sea Save is the real deal. They don't just talk about saving the oceans and their inhabitants, but they DO something about it. They work as effectively with the public as they do at a policy level, like with CITES or shark fin bans. Georgienne's energy is infectious and she infuses it into all that Sea Save does. I'm proud to have been a volunteer! I recommend you check out all that Sea Save has to offer and volunteer or donate money-you won't be disappointed.
The team at Sea Save Foundation is honest and hard-working. They are determined and dedicated to protect our oceans and those who inhabit them.
This group supports each other to make a difference, I have never worked with more caring and passionate people!
Sea Save is right where is needed and acts everyday to do everything possible to improve quality of ocean life in this very difficult period in which so few really care and often we feel like so little can be done.
I was very fortunate to be able to see them in action and work with them at CITES. It's a wonderful team, full of passion and dedication. With them we can really care and bring change.
Sea Save is wonderful foundation. They have helped clean the ocean and our beaches. They give us excellent information to do our part to help. The pictures are wonderful to see. Please anybody go on there we page and help them out as much as possible.
Sea Save educates and empowers individuals and grass roots organizations about the threats to and sanctity of Sea Life. The Health of our Oceans is central to every living thing on the planet. Sea Save clearly outlines nexus and intersectionality of the politics, ecology, economics and habitability of of our waters. Sea Save is a much needed voice. Georgienne Bradley is a brilliant and effective Advocate. We all should support Sea Save.
When I can’t sleep at night because my mind is unsettled due to the destruction of our world, I remember “the helpers” as Mr. Rogers said. SeaSave is one of the organizations that helps put my mind to rest because I know they are out there every day not only battling to save our seas and all within them, (and our survival as a result), but I know they are making progress. God Bless this organization and all involved. Keep it up and I raise my hand and give the FIN to salute you.
The issues faced by our oceans and their biodiversity are many and are complex and they extend far beyond the oceans themselves. SeaSave has been a consistent voice for the oceans for many years, first as documenters of ocean life and the issues that affect them. Then, as active ambassadors in world forums such as CITES, providing expert opinion and much-needed science-based input to the major decisions that affect species protection and sustainability. They also support conservation programs in Cocos Island National park (Costa Rica) and generously shares extraordinary images and videos of spectacular ocean life.
Run by passionate and dedicated volunteers, SeaSave is an example of a small, lean, and effective organization focusing on the issues they are best qualified to address.
The team at the Sea Save Foundation have extensive experience providing valuable scientific research and recommendations to international organizations such as CITES. It's exciting to assist in their efforts to save vulnerable marine life from exploitation.
I was a supporter, then a volunteer, and now a board member of Sea Save. The enthusiasm and forward-movement of this organization makes a real difference the preservation of sea life and in ocean conservation. I believe in Sea Save and am proud to be any part of it.
Sea Save Foundation introduced me to the joy of volunteering and the importance of ocean conservation. The leadership team was extremely accommodating with my hectic schedule, which enabled me to spend more quality time with my son, all while doing something charitable and positive for the world.
The Sea Save Foundation leaders, Georgienne Bradley and Jay Ireland, are very dedicated, yet extremely humble advocates for a healthy marine ecosystem. Both are shark lovers and use their profund understanding of nature's invisible networks to educate and assist fellow divers and decision makers alike. Sea Save is working hard to accomplish their conservation matter. The Foundation's leaders and their volunteers are true heroes of the oceans.
I met Georgienne by chance on a flight from LA to Seattle about 5 years ago. We talked the whole way! I've volunteered with Sea Save ever since. As a diver and lover of nature, I really love the programs we have. Some are about education, which are needed. But I love that we go beyond that and help to change laws that will make a real difference in the health of our oceans!
I met Georgienne Bradely, over 17 years ago, at a Wildlife Film Festival. What was so admirable about Georgienne was her enthusiasm, dedication, incredible knowledge, involvement and affinity for the marine environment. Her Foundation, Sea Save, was one of the first non-profit organizations focused on "Blue-Economics", realizing the oceans devastation which needed attention "yesterday"! My experience with Sea Save Foundation,, has inspired me to promote, create and be a voice for our marine environment. I have been an advocate for Sharks for over 15 years producing, writing, filming & photographing Shark documentaries for Discovery. Sea Save has an extraordinary group of experts & volunteers that go beyond the 'call of duty" to generate much needed international attention from Shark-Finning, sustainability of our coastal areas, reef conservation and our marine eco-system this world is so dependent on for survival. Sea Save has the ability to capture images, video, of the reality of our global marine system that is a "Voice" of our Oceans. So many species are at risk, it's the human impact of our oceans that Sea Save Foundation is so desperately trying to work with corporations & the younger generation to protect our environment. If I can sum up in one sentence about the founder of Sea Save, Georgienne Bradley, is: "When You Love Something, You Want To Protect It."
I joined Sea Save earlier this year and have enjoyed every moment. It has taught me so much about what is necessary in raising awareness about marine issues. Working with Sea Save has given me the opportunity to be involved in projects from social media communications to project managing. The team is hardworking and passionate about everything they do, always eager to help out in any way they can. I'm excited to be a part of the Sea Save pod!
Being a part of Sea Save Foundation has been a wonderful experience. The skills I have learned has taught me a lot! Because of Sea Save I decided to pursue my Master's in Marine Biology instead of Environment Science! I have always had an admiration for the ocean but being with Sea Save, it really hit home! The people I work with are like family and are so close knit. Furthermore, everyone with Sea Save is SO PASSIONATE about what they do and how they can help. No matter what you title is people are always ready to help in another aspect when and if they are needed! Helping our oceans and the marine life that dwells within is so important for our ecosystems, economy, environment and for the mere beauty of all the wonderful animals the ocean has to offer! This is a GREAT foundation that sets the bar high in ambition and drive! A team is only as strong as the people in it... Sea Save Foundation has shined and continues to show it's passion!
Was moved to launch this foundation after standing witness to extensive damage to ocean ecosystems over the last twenty years. Proud to work with such a talented group of professionals who are making a remarkable difference.
I volunteered with Sea Save Foundation for 2.5 years and it was a very rewarding experience. I learned a lot about the non-profit industry and was very impressed with the fact that the organization is 85% ( or more) volunteer run. In my time as a volunteer with Sea Save Foundation I learned about the importance of working upstream to find long lasting solutions.
My Children have been volunteers for Sea Save for several years now and watching there interaction with the rest of the Sea Save team it is obvious that they are all a passionate group who work well together. With the issues of Shark Finning, Plastic pollution and many other ocean related complications this is a team that i am confident will continue to meet their targets. Great Ocean conservation organisation with hard working conscientious people and a great portal of information to all that want healthy oceans.
Sea Save Foundation educates, advocates, and influences the public discussion regarding ocean conservation. Our team is composed of professionals who bring passion, talent, energy, and the same professional rigor they use in their full time work to their volunteer work. And we have fun doing it. We know this work, to help protect the planet, is vital. We aim to translate scientific knowledge to the public and decision makers so that we can collectively make wise choices to protect our ocean for future generations. Sea Save Foundation is mission driven, supported by our generous donors and volunteers.
I love Sea Save! They are an amazing organisation that really cares about the oceans and the amazing creatures that live in it! I am proud to be a volunteer alongside other dedicated people to help protect the seas and oceans! They have also given me a chance to learn new skills and build my confidence. I highly recommend Sea Save!!!!!
There are a lot great organizations out there and many need all the help we can give them. Sea Save is the only one I know where I can really think outside of the box, unleash my creativity, make some really fun content and not have anyone get weirded out. Sea Save not only allows you to think outside the box, but they actively encourage it. What a great, great place to learn and be creative. I love it.
Sea Save foundation is a great place to volunteer with. Georgienne Bradley, the Director is enthusiastic, energetic and passionate about ocean conservation. As a Program Director reporting to Georgienne, I have learnt a lot from her and she is willing to let you take forward new initiatives if you shoulder your responsibility well.
A great bunch of passionate people fighting to help save our oceans. They are a well managed ,motivated group and a pleasure to work alongside
I have spent my life documenting the underwater world. It is such a pleasure to volunteer for Sea Save Foundation. I have the opportunity to use my images and media to teach children about the oceans.

I have worked in the dive industry for over 20 years. It became time when I really needed to give back. I have seen a big change in the underwater world over the last 20 years and we are at a tipping point. Sea Save Foundation was the logical choice. I have watched their growth over the years and they're making a strong impact. I want to help lead this team.

I joined the Sea Save pod a few months ago and would recommend Sea Save to anyone and everyone. The passion of the team is immense and they are really making a difference. I work mainly on the systems side of things but seeing what is being achieved with a small team and budget is so satisfying. I love being with Sea Save and will be with them as long as they will have me.
"I started volunteering with Sea Save foundation by chance. It is a fabulous family of people! I have enjoyed myself and know I've really made a difference."

I have been a volunteer for Sea Save Foundation for the last two years. As a Program Manager, I examine the details and follow-through of nonprofit organisations and businesses. Sea Save Foundation excels in this arena. What a great organisation

I currently work at Sea Save Foundation. I'm proud to say that I work at an ocean conservation organization that makes a difference. Thanks to Sea Save, shark fin soup is a thing of the past in California! Sea Save helped raise awareness about the cruel practice of shark finning. I enjoy working with a team of movers and shakers who thrive on successful, innovative campaigns. I'm grateful to be part of the Sea Save pod!

I had the opportunity to work with Sea Save on a local community issue. It was a most pleasurable experience. Their staff were not only extremely capable, but also helpful during the course of the project. I would highly recommend Sea Save as a volunteer experience, and a positive opportunity to give back to society.
I have the pleasure of working with Sea Save Foundation to help support the amazing work they have been doing to bring more ocean conservation campaigns to the surface. Sea Save Foundation is deeply committed to marine conservation and founded on the concept that by sharing & educating about the amazing wonders of the ocean we can help to inspire others to get more involved. I was very proud to be apart of the success of the shark fin bill AB 376 where Sea Save volunteer and Executive Director Georgienne Bradley spoke before the Senate Appropriations Committee to speak up about the impact this bill would have on the health of our oceans worldwide. I am inspired and excited to continue to help Sea Save Foundation for our future generations.
I was first introduced to the Sea Save Foundation as a freshman in high school. I went on a leadership expedition where I looked forward to scuba diving and learning more about the ocean. While there, I learned so much more. I discovered a new found love of the ocean, not because of what we, as humans, can use it for, but for the wonderful creatures and things that can be found just below its surface. Sadly, not everyone sees the ocean like this and as a result terrible pollution is happening. But the amazing people of the Sea Save Foundation work to show the world what the ocean could be if we payed more attention. They educate people world wide through videos and photographs, blogs and magazines. I am now a freshman in college and will never ever forget the crucial lessons I learned working along side these wonderful people, and will continue to help them any way I can.
I've donated to and watched this amazing organization as they have grown over the last couple of years. Their commitment to save the oceans, especially in the area of shark finning, has helped produce positive results. Sea Save worked tirelessly in the legislation process to ban shark fin products in California. And their work in Cocos Islands have developed much needed programs in education and their media helped to expand the protection area. Kudos to the organization.
Imaging Foundation and Sea Save Foundation are an amazing organization that are doing a great job for the oceans ! I can recomment their work to all !
We should not support an org. that would steal another's name and use it as their own. I started Sea Save eight years ago. Now they think they can just start using our name. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE THIEVES!
The Sea Save foundation introduced me to the depths of the ocean, both in a literal and metaphorical sense. As a high school student, I had the opportunity to participate in two leadership expeditions. I went on these trips to learn to scuba dive and see some cool creatures but left with so much more. I developed a new perspective on the importance of our oceans, a commitment to philanthropy and most of all I left with a renewed confidence in my leadership abilities. My overall experience with Sea Save has truly shaped the confident, passionate, and ambitious person I am today. As a result of the marine exposure, I entered my undergraduate education at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute as an Environmental Engineering major. I hope that one day I will have the opportunity to tie my education and career together to make an impact on our oceans.
