When I was injured due to medical treatment issues in a life threatening situation the foundation person who handles making things right did nothing. In fact, Exempla which has affiliated hospitals, uses the same person dealing with medical mistreatment. They are consistently, from my experience, not interested in rectifying injury caused by medical care. They do even cover up issues with this care that are directly relation to repair and maintenance of equipment and the facility. This included various dangerous conditions that have resulted in injury.
