Mission: The mission of Science Pioneers is "to create innovative and supportive educational activities that will encourage the youth of Greater Kansas City understand and use science in their careers and everyday life." Our programs are designed to give students the opportunity to experience science research and interact with professional scientists in a variety of settings. We also offer teacher workshops designed to enhance both science content knowledge and teaching methods to support excellence in science education.
