Nonprofit Overview
Mission: The schaumburg township elementary school foundation, incorporated in 1987, was established to generate and distribute financial and other resources to the school district 54 community for enrichment programs and other projects aimed at enhancing the quality of education and providing students with extended learning opportunities. The foundation has committed to fund breakfast programs in district 54 schools to ensure that students begin their day ready to learn. The foundation also provides grants to district 54 employees to foster innovative and creative approaches or to expand on proven ideas for classroom or school projects and provides grants to students to cultivate academic, cultrural or athletic extracurricular interests.
