SHEA has certainly made an impact on many lives through the selfless act of Lori Narine, many volunteers and supporters. I will continue to support SHEA and their life changing mission.
I am a proud volunteer of SHEA. I followed this charity for about a year and was pleased with the way in which it operates.
I have been priviledged to witness the healing that my contribution and efforts make. Seeing a child go from being bedridden to horsing around, a mother able to see her children's beautiful faces again, a boy getting the opportunity to be a student, makes it all worth doing.
We all want a second chance to live a normal life, and that is what SHEA is about .. SHEA,stepped in and helped child who felt that only death can take his pain and suffering away, and said child is now back in school , he is able ride a bike , play with his peers , and help around the house after being bed ridden for two long years..
I am A volunteer, and I pride my self for being a part of a team , that is dedicated to change, rebuild ,and give hope to patients and their families who have lost it ..
Being part of SHEA I have learnt and experience so much , grew as a person, met some wonderful people who share the same passion, and I realized that the best thing u can do for a person is give them back their live.
It is not easy being a volunteer but, doing good has never felt better ...
SHEA is dedicated to saving and making lives better, I am proud to say I am part of this team.
SHEA, I believe in you and for that reason I am a volunteer.
I joined SHEA after witnessing the tenacity of Lori Narine to save the life a young boy called Bhojpaul.
SHEA has now become a household name and the impact in Guyana has been remarkable.
Although very young, SHEA’s track record will show dedication to saving lives and making a difference.
I am privileged to be part of SHEA’s devoted team.
SHEA’s commitment to ensuring urgent help for those in need is commendable. Great charity that does a lot for the community.
I am a volunteer, after the passing of my daughter Zeneiah who was only six years old to brain tumor,I realize whatever I can do
to assist any child or adult from going through that or any other devastation,I would do my utmost to help and this organization provided me with that platform.
When I joined this foundation I knew I made the right decision. The love and care that is given to each individual is exceptional. I will continue to give my support to this organization
My husband and I became volunteers after researching this charity and following its work for a year. The people helped are those who need a miracle, who have lost hope and/or desperately need relief.
I love the relationships forged, the clarity of funds dispersed and seeing the improvement of those who are helped.
Great work is being done here by dedicated people!
SHEA is an organization that has made a noticeable impact in a very short time. Read about Shondell, Bhojpaul, Ranie, Shazim, Chetram and more. You will become a fan and hopefully a supporter too.
Amazing work by an amazing group of dedicated people. Despite all the struggles and hardships, SHEA is saving lives with its fierce commitment to help the underprivileged.
The work of SHEA is extra ordinary; I'm incredibly happy to see people with hearts of gold helping those in need. Lori Narine and her amazing team has brought so many stories to light which in tern helped resolved many issues, bond families and create safe environments. SHEA definitely continues to aid the underprivlegded.
Thank you SHEA.
The SHEA team is small but they are powerful and relentless in their drive to help those in need. Their success is seen in the results that they have delivered since their inception. As a team, they never give up, even when their is little hope and numerous hurdles. 100% of all donations go to patient care and related expenses. I would continue to support this organization as long as I am able to.
I first learned about SHEA from a video on facebook. It was about a young boy who had lost his father in an accident. He had to come out of school as a result of financial hardships his family endured as a direct result of his father's death. The story touched me and so I looked into SHEA to learn more. I saw that they brought a girl from Guyana to New York to undergo cancer treatments and that she was recovering well. Being I myself was born in Guyana I knew this young girl would have probably not made it if it was not for SHEA stepping in. So I shared the video with friends and family, told everyone I knew from Guyana about SHEA and created a fundraiser for my birthday through facebook to benefit SHEA. The funds exceeded my goal amount. I believe so much in what they do that I am including SHEA in the list of organizations I support financially.
