Mission: Save The Music Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization helping kids, schools, and communities discover their full potential through the power of making music. Since 1997, Save the Music Foundation has provided over $56 million worth of new musical instruments to more than 2,100 public schools around the country, impacting the lives of millions public school students.
Programs: Save The Music Foundation has provided more than 56 million dollars worth of instruments to public schools nationwide, an endeavor that has delivered musical instruction to millions of students. Save The Music Foundation is an organization that provides a service unique from other organizations that work to improve the current state of education. The Foundation works directly to support only music education programs and does not provide any money to the school or school district. It is our belief that by directly purchasing the instruments, our contribution will be used for its intended purpose and we are able to provide musical instruction to elementary school children.
