I have recently adopted a new, adorable, cuddly Kitten from Beths rescue and named him Blaise. I have kept in touch with Beth after adopting my first cat from her. She is the most kind and caring person not just to her cats, but also to her adoptive families. She is always there to answer the phone if you have a question or will call you back immediately if you leave a VM. I have been to her shelter a few times to get the required shots for my kitten it was always clean and comfortable. The adoption fee includes shots/rabies/spay-nueter. Adopting Blaise was the best thing I ever did ... Now his bigger brother has a playmate who he loves. A Big Thank You to Beth in teaching me how to quarantine an introduce the two! I highly recommend this shelter to everyone if your looking for your forever kitty or Adult Cat..They are deeply loved and cared for in a great environment by Beth!
Beth is a wonderful cat rescuer. RUN don't Walk to her at Stat if you are looking to adopt a kitten/ cat!! I've adopted some from her as well as my daughter has. Her cats are well taken care of and all the paperwork is in order. I would suggest her as her cats are so loving. You can see the care they get! She works tirelessly for them to keep them off the street and into new happy homes. Hope this helps with someone looking for a furever friend
Reached out (8:30pm) as I had found some kittens and needed to find a rescue (i contacted multiple at the same time). At first, she was pleasant, I will admit. And she was able to take the kittens but, It was quite a drive for me to meet her (45mins to 1hr) but I was willing. After a rescue closer to me had gotten back to me also able to take them, I had kindly told her right away that a rescue closer to me was able to take them and i appreciated her time for helping. Then, she accused me of not wanting to meet her for the kittens, communication wasn’t there?, it was my fault that she turned down other litters… etc. We never even discussed a DATE OR TIME, just a place, which was the DMV in Dayton, NJ (kinda sketchy for a “rescue”). Not to mention basically threatened me saying “i hope you have better consideration in the future for others”?? You are supposedly a RESCUE. People are going to reach out to multiple rescues at once when they are frantic to find one. DO NOT blame others for YOU turning down other litters. Not to mention, you got back to me over 12 hours later which makes you unreliable. I will never work with them again and I hope that ANYONE who finds kittens/cats in need of a rescue finds somewhere else with better manners.
Beth is a wonderful person to volunteer with. She is so caring with the cats and kittens up to date on vaccines spay and neuters. I enjoyed volunteering with her. It is so rewarding when you find homes for them.
As a former volunteer and multiple-time adoptee, I don't have the words to express how grateful I am to Beth and all her work! She is kind, knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, and responsive. As a volunteer, she taught me so much about creating a compassionate and safe space for these cats and gave me lots of tips to bring back to my own cats. As a first-time cat adoptee, she patiently walked me through the process and responsibilities, made sure the cats had all the shots they needed, and always responded to my questions in a timely manner, despite all her commitments. She is truly the best!
Best experience rescuing my two little kittens. I only went to recuse one kitten, but I ended up adopting two, they are sisters. The place was clean and the kittens were so well taken care of. I recommend them to all my cat friends.
I've had nothing but great experience with this rescue. They wear their heart on their sleeves for these beautiful fur babies. I'm a proud mama of 3 kitties. I trust them over any vet. I highly recommend them.

I thank god this organization is made because I had a 10 year old cat who kept giving birth nonstop and didn’t know what to do because it was really expensive for her surgery. Until my boyfriend knew Beth and her friend took us there at her place and I had given my cat with her babies to her. Just for a cheap price. I was sad but I didn’t know what to do and Beth realized my cat missed her home so she gave the car back to me and now then ever she is healthy and I stay in contact with her if anything she had helped two of my cats and now they are healthy. No longer giving birth !!
I first met Beth 6 years ago when my youngest daughter begged for a pet and so we adopted a cat from her. She told us we could contact her if we had any concerns and we did because the cat was not kid friendly. We were able to return it and got a gray tabby kitten who has grown up with my daughters and is totally devoted to them. Last year, my brother wanted to get our mother a cat and I suggested Beth's rescue group. He got an adorable kitten with tuxedo markings who is friendly to anyone and very playful. My mother's cat and my cat have a great time playing.
Beth is very caring of her cats and supportive even after adoption. She coordinates follow up care such as deworming, rabies shots and spading/neutering. I highly recommend her group to anyone interested in adopting.
My family has adopted multiple cats from them. It went so well that I have even recommended them to friends who have also adopted from them! They are a caring, dedicated and well run facility, that works hard at being sure the cats are treated compassionately as they wait to find their forever homes. They know their cats and work hard to match their kittens and cats to a placement that is a good fit for al! They even make themselves available after adoption, if you have any questions or you need guidance if something arises that you need feedback about. Beth is a wonderful human being whom truly cares about each and every lucky kitten or cat that comes across her path. These are all the members of our family we have Beth to thank for.
I work somewhere where there are lots of feral cats and kittens. Lots of the staff try to feed them but some there are kittens and other health issues like sickness, injury, etc. Miss Beth is ALWAYS there to help. She takes any and all kittens that I/we catch. She gets them fixed and adopted and nurses them back to health. She also helps with any older cat that is ill or injured. She has a great heart for the cats and will drop anything and everything she is doing to meet me and pick up one that has been caught. I get so many pictures back from her of the healthy success story of her helping one that I brought her. I am so thankful for her help and this foundation!!
Beth and Julia are angels from heaven for these beautiful animals. Their commitment and dedication are unquestionable. My second rescue came from their hands, which I always be grateful as they saved her from euthanasia. We need more people like them!!!
STAT is a great organization that helped me find the perfect kittens. During the COVID-19 pandemic we decided to adopt a cat since we are home all the time, Beth showed us what kittens she had available and we were able to find 2 kittens that we really liked. They weren't big enough yet so she kept them on hold for us and updated us every time we asked even though I bet it was super annoying LOL! We love our two little cuties and really appreciate everything this rescue has done for us. She even went out of her way to help me with some medical bills after the adoption. I would recommend this organization to anyone especially people who can't decide on which cat they like or people who are new to cats. Beth explained to us everything we needed to know about caring for our kittens and what to watch out for in regards to their health.
I adopted a wonderful kitten named Nala from this organization. They helped me and provided medicine for my kitten a month after I adopted from them when she had an upper respiratory. Beth was very kind to us and is an amazing person. Bless her and all her fosters for doing the hard work they do.

This is a comment of my group when we were with Happy Homes. We left in April 2020 Take a look at reveiws after that and you will see reasons we left. R.Welch Client Served 06/29/2019 Rating:5 Happy Homes Rescue is a wonderful organization. Beth and her staff are excellent. We recently adopted two adorable, sweet ,loveable tabby kittens,we named Marshmellow and Snickers. They are very happy and playful ,they love to wrestle with each other than cuddle for naps. They are eating well and growing. Beth is so caring and understanding she is always there to answer questions and she is very helpful . We appreciate all the time and care she gave when Marshmellow was not eating on his own he was fed through a syringe but now he eats from the bowl ,they are both happy. Beth and all the foster parents are truly Angel's on earth.
