Sarah’s Fight for Hope Foundation is an amazing organization. We were only about 2 months in to our Leukemia fight when our social worker approached us. Asking if we’d like to fill out a custom gift basket application. Being new to this we were like umm ok why not. In our minds we’re thinking oh wow just to get one of his favorite things would be amazing. Little did we know they’d fulfill so many. When we received the basket Johnathan eyes just grew bigger and bigger as he pulled each special gift out just for him. They went above and beyond and we were in awe of the generosity they bestowed upon us. As his mother it’s things like this that I appreciate so much because it puts a smile on my sons face that I rarely see anymore. We are so grateful for the kindness of Sarah’s Fight for Hope Foundation.

This nonprofit is run by some of the best people I know, and they’ve turned into one of the best well run charities I’ve ever been lucky enough to participate in events with. The Gala is a blast, and the golf outing is a great idea at a local club that generates buzz and sells out in days. Most importantly, they bring to light the severe lack of funding child cancer research goes, something I didn’t know until attending their events.
Sarah's fight for Hope sent my daughter 3 who is fighting ALL a gift package that really brightened her day. The detail and generosity was beyond anything we expected. I can tell so much thought was put into the gift.
The days at the clinic and hospital are long. Anything that can help provide comfort goes a long way. Having a child with cancer is indescribable the difficulty that a family faces and what the child goes through. We cherish the moments where our daughter enjoy toys and can just play like any other kid. Thank you for providing a special moment of joy for our daughter and our family.

My son Henrikyle was diagnosed of AML (acute myeloid leukemia) last week of April after 5 weeks of fighting covid 19. Now he is receiving chemotherapy at Valerie Fund children center at Morristown hospital. The family would like to thank the foundation for the financial help you extend to the family in our time of needs. My husband is still out of work recovering from covid 19 as well. Any help we can get is really appreciated. We just started our battle and we know it’s still a long way to go but this foundation gave us hope and positivity reminding us that we are not alone and there are people who are willing to help. Thanks you for the support and more power to the foundation!

Earlier this year my son was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma stage 2A about a week after his 12th birthday. I am a single mom & I was unemployed and had lost my vehicle in October 2018. With all that has been going on financially and emotionally I was afraid I would lose my house in the middle of all this. Sarah's Fight for Hope came to our rescue. They helped pay our mortgage for a month. Words cannot express how their kindness and generosity has helped & impacted my little family. Thank you does not seem to be strong enough to convey how grateful we are but it's all I have. Thank you so much for all you do to help families through a very difficult time. God bless you all. I promise that when I'm working again I will find a way to pay it forward.
Sarah's Fight for Hope Foundation is an amazing organization that makes helping families with children with cancer so easy. They provide incredible resources to families at a time when the family is overwhelmed by a diagnosis and all that cancer entails. Every time I have reached out to Sarah's Fight For Hope for assistance with a family I am working with, their response is quick and without hesitation. Sarah's Fight for HOPE Foundation is fully committed to easing some of the burden that cancer families deal with on a daily basis. Whether funds are dispersed to pay for a mortgage payment, funeral expenses, or parking fees at the hospital, the founder of the Foundation, Ingrid and her husband Ken understand exactly what the patient & their families are dealing with. Aside from financial and emotional support for the families and patients, the board members are keenly aware that pediatric cancer studies are grossly under funded by the government, the foundation provides financial support to research and development groups. This non-profit has proven to be both focused and successful .
This charity has changed my life in the way that it has given me an outlet for my passion for helping others. I have been able to learn about the lives of so many special individuals and put a smile on their face as well. I absolutely love this nonprofit organization for it’s values and reasons and services. It truly is a great experience.
Being apart of this nonprofit has been nothing but a positive experience! Everyone within the organization is extremely kind and and generous. They make Sarah’s Foundation a #1 priority, and are always ready to help those in need. Speaking of helping, the type of volunteer work done within the nonprofit is always very organized and creative. Sarah's Fight for Hope Foundation has proven to be an invaluable source for families fighting cancer in New Jersey. It wasn't until my nephew fought for his life that I saw first hand what a child and the child's family goes through. The projects and outreach of this non-profit fill a hole with love and comfort and support where other resources are not found. What we do well is we go out to help the families of those who have kids diagnosed with cancer. We also hold large events that are both fun for the public and are good nonprofit money makers. And also the officers committee members and volunteers do a great job.
