The JCC used to be great and the most recent CEO has really made many poor decisions that has ruined the culture and the product. He spent most of his tenure absent and then decided to eliminate the one executive who knew the product, cared about the staff, community and the members. Now that he is gone you should bring her back and allow her and your CFO to make the JCC great again. Staff needs and wants her. No one else can jump in. Better hurry up and get her back because so much is lost and no one , absolutely not one “senior director” at the JCC can be a leader. Obviously alot of puppets and over promotion
