Programs: Planning and advocacy - worked with the city, property owners, theater operators and prospective theater buyers to develop preservation plans for numerous theaters.
film presentation - presented the film night in the park outdoor film series in san francisco neighborhoods. Screenings were presented in dolores park, washington square park and union square. Presented mostly british film festival at the vogue theatre and presented a series of free preview screenings.
preservation - continued a program to preserve and upgrade the historic vogue theatre (1912) and balboa theatre (1926) while they continue to operate as cinemas.
