Programs: Property operations reflect all annual operating revenue and expenses for co-op and rental buildings in the land trust portfolio, including debt service, insurance, property management, reserves, and depreciation. All cash flow remains with each building, with the exception of stewardship fees, which are transferred into core operations to cover staff time for asset management.
core operations include outreach, education, and leadership development for residents in new and existing housing cooperatives. Core program services also include initial feasibility analysis and formation of new cooperative corporations.
