Mission: The organization's primary exempt purpose is to educate and improve awareness of sudden cardiac arrest and sudden cardiac death. The organization will work to educate and facilitate proactive prevention of sudden cardiac arrest by cardiac arrhythmias through "heart screening", with resources for treatment after detection and to support those who have lost a loved one from a sudden cardiac arrest. Some of the organization's goals are to provide ekg heart screenings to students at every public high school, provide follow-up testing and care for students as needed, including free care for the uninsured and under-insured, train students in cpr and provide each school with an emergency action plan.
Programs: The organization enhanced a website that provides the general public a significant resource for the education, prevention and treatment of sudden cardiac arrest. Additionally, the organization finalized an agreement with a medical facility with a goal to provide free heart screenings for middle and high-school students in north florida and south georgia.
