Programs: Smf academy jabusha- a primary school plus vocational and life skills training and educational academy for women children living under poverty in jabusha, khulna, bangladesh. Currently there are 400 students enrolled. The acedemy provides yearly textbooks, tuition assistance, tutoring dedicated teachers. The goal of teh academy is to provide students with quality education and vocational training so that they can become self sufficient and give back to the community. This is an opportunity for distressed children and women to escape from a life of proverty.
rehabilation for flood victims collaborated with spandaanb organization in bangladesh to help the people affected by the flood return to the lives they were previously living. Helped about 2000 families in bangladesh. Smf helped the flood victims rebuild their homes, construct sanitary washrooms, tube wells and plant seeds to harvest fruits and vegetables.
