No words can even explain how grateful my family and I are to have SA Youth apart of our district. As full time working parents being on different shifts, this program has allowed my son to be apart of their program for 5 years. This is my sons last year at SA Youth and I have to admit, my son and I are pretty sad. My son has spent countless summers of field trips, educational time and even family days with SA Youth. Thank you to all the staff for all you do. ❤️

The SA Youth program has been an amazing resource for my family. The peace of mind knowing that my children are getting help with their homework and are able to socialize with their friends outside of school hours while I work is invaluable.

SA Youth has been an amazing resource for my children. This program allows my husband and I to work our scheduled hours at work. The kids enjoy this program tremendously because the SA Youth staff helps with their homework and they get to make friends in other grades. Thank You SA Youth!

Due to the SA Youth program at Benavides Elementary school I am able to work my regular hours and not worry about missing work. My kids get their homework done and are active at the program. So beneficial. Love it.

Sayouth is an amazing program that not only benefits the community but my child as well. Sayouth helps my child thrive developmentally and socially. The sayouth site at Roy Benevidez elementary school provides a warming environment that welcomes everyone. The site coordinator [Raymond Gonzales] is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to creating fun and interesting activities for the kids. He also goes above and beyond to make sure every needs are met with kids and parents.

My daughter struggles with several mental health diagnoses and a history of being bullied. Despite the support of a strong family, excellent doctors and supportive school administrations, she failed to thrive in a traditional school setting. She began to lie about taking her medication, which led to the instability that included self-harm and caused her to become involved in the juvenile justice system. By the second quarter of tenth grade, she was 15 and we sought alternative education opportunities. She was accepted to the SOAR! program and blossomed in the positive atmosphere of other teens who had similar histories but who had decided to take action to put their lives on a better track. She has felt heard, respected, and empowered. She took charge of her studies and completed the credits necessary for her high school diploma in record time. She is also the youngest person to ever graduate from the program. SA Youth was a life-changer for her. Thank you!

I was very impressed with this nonprofit organization. I wrote an email to their general mailbox and asked for information on karate for my child. Though my child was not eligible and it would have been a far drive for me, the organization provided me with the information I needed to get to another program. They could have ignored me but went the extra step needed. That says they care. As a result, I sent them a small contribution as a token of my appreciation. Thank you San Antonio Youth Centers.
