Mission: Rescue animals from kill shelters, heal the animals and attempt to place animals in new homes.
Programs: The group rescued a total of 200 dogs from kill shelters, obtained needed veterinary care for the dogs and maintained a shelter to keep the dogs until they could be placed in new homes. At year end all but 10 of the dogs had been placed.
