RxP has been a tremendous benefit to us, but more importantly to our patients. Our Free Clinic doers not take any insurance and all our services are 100% free. Using RxP, we've been able to provide our patients much needed brand name medications, which has resulted in our patients receiving the best care available!

As the first generation of immigrant with little money in the pocket, food and shelter were the priority in life for me years ago. Lucky me I did not have any chronic conditions that I needed to spend money on medicines. As a pharmacist currently at the AFC, I realized how much all the social determinants, especially high inflation nowadays, have negatively impacted chronically ill patients and their accessibility to certain medications. Thank you RXP for making a lot of expensive medications accessible to our patients. More medication access to patients means better health outcome our providers can manage. Our clinic has reached more than ONE million prescriptions with RXP in 2023. We could not have any prouder to be partnered with RXP.

RxPartnership is a fantastic organization that helps vulnerable patients access their medications. Their dedication and passion for the uninsured and underserved is a huge asset in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Serving on the Board of Directors for RxP has been a pleasure and I am very passionate about the work they do and provide.
As a pharmacist, helping patients access their medications when they are unable to afford them, allows patients to live healthier lives and not have to make the difficult decision between food, housing or medications.

Rx Partnership has provided the Gloucester Mathews Care Clinic Pharmacy with free medications for years. They are a very important partner in our efforts to provide low income and underinsured patients with prescription medications, both brand name and generic drugs. We also utilize other opportunities through their programs such as a Patient Safety Organization that helps us to manage our day to day efforts to safely dispense medications. All of their staff does an excellent job and is fully vested in helping us to serve our patients. We are extremely grateful to Rx Partnership for all the assistance they provide.

For nearly 20 years, the Williamsburg Health Foundation has supported Rx Partnership as part of our mission to improve the health of those living in Greater Williamsburg. One of our focus areas is ensuring that patients are provided with coordinated, comprehensive high-quality care, which includes the ability to obtain free or low-cost medications. We are proud to partner with Rx Partnership in our efforts to provide uninsured patients at our three local free clinics with lifesaving brands and generic medications, including inhalers. In addition to coordinating the delivery of medications to the clinics, Rx Partnership has been an involved and important partner in our community’s Chronic Care Collaborative to help prevent and treat chronic conditions of children and adults living in our area. With the Foundation’s support, Rx Partnership also uses the services of Catchafire to complete a variety of projects and use the funds they raise more strategically.

I am the pharmacist at a clinic for low income adults without insurance. We are able to receive most of our patients' maintenance medications through Rx Partnership's Access to Medication Program. This is a blessing for our patients, who otherwise would not be able to afford their treatment. This takes a big financial worry off their list, and encourages them to take the best possible care of themselves.

Without RxPartnership, the pharmaceutical care we supply our patients would be severely limited. We could not afford the expensive medications to which we have access through RxPartnership. They also supply high quality generic medications that help us provide needed care to our patients. Our uninsured, low income patients have greatly benefited from our relationship with RxPartnership and we look forward to our relationship for many years to come.

I have worked closely with RxP since ~2017 as a member of the Advancement committee. Today, I am on the BOD, Advancement Committee Chair, and Governing committee. RxP exudes the many values instilled me by my parents, which is to be grateful for all that you have but always remember to give back to your community in the best way you can. The mission, vision, and values employed by RxP allows individuals to obtain essential medications that aid with maintaining optimal health. The positive impact that RxP makes in the community as well as the staunch advocacy for the vulnerable populations that need access to medications to leave is commendable. I am proud to say that many lives in VA have been transformed in a mighty way because of the ardent work of the RxP team and their inherent partnerships with free clinics and other healthcare outlets.

Rx Partnership is a top notch organization that I am proud to support. Their mission is very simple - provide free medications to underserved Virginians. The Virginia citizens who have benefited from Rx Partnership's services are able to lead healthier lives by receiving the essential medications they need.

I am further impressed by how this organization manages its expenses and keeps administrative costs very low to direct as much monies as possible to providing medications.

I am the Director of a Free Clinic. We became affiliated with RxP in 2020 and it has been a tremendous benefit to us, but more importantly to our patients. We do not take any insurance and all our services are 100% free. Using RxP, we've been able to provide our patients much needed brand name medications, which has resulted in our patients receiving the best available. We were also pleased to host RxP when they reached a huge milestone, their 1 millionth prescription! Congratulations to RxP!

Since 2020, the Mother of Mercy Free Clinics has been graciously collaborating with Rx Partnership to facilitate medications to the vulnerable residents of Prince William County. Catering to the uninsured individuals earning at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level and ineligible for Medicaid.

The alliance with Rx Partnership has indeed been a godsend for our patients. This vital alliance has empowered our patients to avail themselves of both generic and branded medications, including insulin, which would have been otherwise unaffordable for them. This accessibility to essential medications has profoundly enhanced the quality of life for our patients, fostering not only physical well-being but also peace of mind.

To illustrate the impact, let me share the moving story of a financially strained expectant mother grappling with the threat of gestational diabetes. Faced with the challenge of affording both adequate nutrition and vital insulin. Rx Partnership facilitated access to insulin enabling her to effectively manage her condition, ensuring a healthier pregnancy period and significantly mitigating the risk of future complications for both mother and child.

In conclusion, our partnership stands as a testament to the profound positive transformation that strategic partnerships can imbue in the healthcare realm. The tangible improvements in the lives of our patients and the reinforcement of our community's health stand as eloquent testimony to this pivotal alliance. We look forward to continuing and deepening this impactful partnership, steadfast in our mutual mission to enhance and protect the health and well-being of low-income Virginians.

We've been affiliated with Rx Partnership since their founding. Over the years, patients at the Free Clinic of Franklin County have received thousands of generic medications through this program. Providing needed medications to our low-income and elderly patients results in an improved quality of life for them, and increases their ability to be productive members of the community. It also helps to reduce the overall cost of health care for this community by preventing our patients from having to go to the local emergency room for treatment conditions that could be better managed in a primary care setting.

I am a VCU pharmacy student, who was able to have an individualized and rewarding rotation experience with Rx Partnership (RxP). As a student, I have always been interested in how I can leverage my clinical knowledge in “non-traditional” pharmacy roles, and with this rotation, I was given opportunities to do so through various projects. Additionally, I was able to learn about the inner-workings of a non-profit organization with RxP team and see first-hand the impacts RxP has on the local Richmond communities and communities throughout Virginia. The team at RxP are passionate about the work they do and are devoted to follow through with their mission to increase medication access to the vulnerable Virginians and help their partnering clinics. With my experience with RxP, I was able to catch a glimpse of types of problems and ever so evolving solutions associated with medication access in this vulnerable population, which are invaluable skills for me to have as a future pharmacist.

Patientswhom we serve are 200% of FPG. They have no insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare and, frequently, barely have resources for survival.
If we could not provide medications to accomodate their treatment, our primary care services would be in vain. You can't tell a diabetic to keep good control of their blood sugar inless they have Insulin or oral glycemic medications and the cabability to check their blood sugar. LIke wise an acute illness becomes complicated unless the appropriate medication is provided.

Providing assessment of the patients' health care needs and the medications to maintain their health status ensures the patient will become a partner in the tratment of their illness and paves the road to wellness.

Having our pharmacy to provide essential medications also attracts volunteer physicians to treaqt our patients. It avois the frustration of evaluatins a patient, developing a treatment plan, and having the plan be void because the patient can't afford the prescribed medication.

I am a consultant pharmacist setting up a pharmacy at Western Tidewater Free Clinic. The pharmacy's goal is to improve service to patients by providing medications at the time of their appointment. RxPartnership has been very helpful in this process by providing me with sample policies, names of other pharmacists to contact and education on how the process works. They have quickly reviewed our proposed policies and made excellent suggestions for improvement. Amy Yarchch made a special visit to the clinic to offer her help. They have also included us in their emails and conference calls as if we were members so that we would feel comfortable with the process.

Rx Partnership is a critical part of the health care safety net for uninsured and low income Virginians. Since 2004, the Partnership has provided over $50 million in free medications from pharmaceutical company partners to 20 Free Clinics in Virginia. The Rx Partnership is the only way these patients can obtain their necessary medications, remain heathy, and stay out of the hospital. As a Board Member, I am so proud of the work of the Partnership....it is making a monumental difference in the lives of tens of thousands of disadvantaged Virginians.

I am the Volunteer manager at the Charlottesville Free Clinic. The Charlottesville Free Clinic is a nonprofit, medical clinic providing quality health care to individuals who do not have health insurance and do not qualify for free care at local hospitals. On each clinic evening, four to six doctors see roughly 20-34 patients. The clinic functions each night due to the effort of 25 to 30 volunteers, both from medical and non-medical backgrounds.
We could not provide drugs to all of our patients without all the support we get from the RXpartnership. Not only can we provide free drugs for those of our patients in need, we also provide great volunteer and learning opportunities.

I serve as a Development Director of a Free Clinic. I recently worked with a patient to access medications through RxPartnership. Without the cooperation from RxP, we would not be able to provide this patient with access to medication critical to his health.
