Programs: Our key program is our Achievement Consultation Program, which teaches female youth the phenomenal skill of healthy self-reliance through our “Blueprint-To-Achievement.” Through this process, we teach female youth how to properly identify and appropriately address their barriers to successful futures, including behavioral health issues, so that they are properly prepared to deal with future life adversities. This process allows us to provide female youth with the tools that they need to finally break the vicious cycles of dependency on programs and agencies which have historically oppressed them.
*Achievement Consultation meetings are one-on-one meetings that occur with our girls and their guardians at a most convenient location.
Under the umbrella of the Achievement Consultation Program, we have an array of curricula that we facilitate, focusing on long-term benefits for our female youth to achieve successful futures as productive women, which benefits the entire community. We facilitate these curricula in the form of interactive conversations with our participants vs. talking at them, which we call “Forums.” Our Forums include The Life Skills Just for Girls Forum, The Job Readiness and Employment Soft Skills Forum, The Junior Toastmasters Communication and Leadership Development Forum, and The Smart Money Management Financial Literacy Forum. Our most popular Forum is The Life Skills Just for Girls Forum because it is all-inclusive because it represents the most effective and key elements of all the curricula combined. The Life Skills Just for Girls Forum provides adolescent girls with a distinctive, gender-based curriculum derived from a holistic approach while combining the spiritual, physical, and mental aspects of healthy lifestyles. We teach female youth a very distinct combination of life skills that will help them excel in any challenge that life places in their path and, more importantly, to succeed in their journey of life!
