Causes: Developmentally Disabled Centers, Disabilities, Group Homes, Human Service Organizations, Human Services, Residential Care & Adult Day Programs
Mission: Rusty's Morningstar Ranch, which began operations in 1985 is based on the philosophy that by creating a rural, total living environment autistic/autistic-like adults can develop their physical, mental, social and spiritual capabilities to the maximum degree possible within the absolute limits imposed by their autistic condition.
The Ranch adheres to and accepts the philosophy of "normalization" in that we feel strongly that all persons have the right to live in a most "normal" environment, which includes developing and fostering relationships with family and friends.
It is the philosophy of the program that all staff serves as advocates for the Ranchers.
