Mission: Develop and support sound food culture through continuous support of sustainable and organic agriculture and farmer and consumer education.
Programs: Conducted tours for youths and adults of local farms, conducted farmer to farmer workshops, distributed directory of organic and sustainable growers in southern idaho, and maintained a website providing information to growers and consumers: all as means of supporting the initiatives of developing local food systems through education and research and providing opportunities for farmers and consumers to connect.
