Results: In 2024, The ROC saw: 70% increase in children’s self-confidence when engaged with The ROC’s programming and experiences. 96% achievement in adult Participants whose goal was to improve or maintain their savings. 92% achievement in child Participants whose goal was to improve or maintain their academic development. 72% increase between 2023 to 2024 in achievement for adults whose goal was to increase their total income. Also in 2024, The ROC provided: 1,965 child counseling sessions 1,023 adult counseling sessions 393 care coordination sessions 187 tutoring sessions for children 136 mentoring sessions for children 312 backpacks filled with school supplies 270 children with new winter coats and boots
