To date, RDI has helped provide secure land rights to more than 400 million of the world’s poorest people.
Results: RDI has helped over 400 million people in over 47 countries. (over 120 million families)
Target demographics: The world's poorest families, those 3.4 billion people living on less than $2 a day, most of whom live in rural areas and make their living from agriculture.
It is amazing to find a nonprofit doing such incredible work (nominated for the Nobel Prize!!!) but that doesn't promote themselves. They just do good work. They have worked in over 40 countries and helped over a hundred million families. Wow.
RDI is one of the most leveraged nonprofits of our time. The simple fact that every $1 invested helps six families is incredible. As the world focuses on the link between poverty and stability, land issues will grow ever more important.
