RSF began as people peripheral to Waldorf schools. These schools are the only system of K-12 whole-child, age-appropriate education; that among other benefits, acknowledges the unique and individual spiritual aspirations of children and provides life-long foundation for growth in values, ethics and personal expression. To accomplish helping schools with building loans, RSF was drawn into how community-centered schools reflect and express the inner life--good and bad--of the parent community. After decades of facilitating group process within parent communities, RSF naturally expanded into facilitating healthy group process in other progressive non-school ventures. RSF's attention to the inner working of local community as the foundation for outer building drives and funding is virtually unique in the field.
